SubUnit 6
Subunit 6 is our suppositional Design Agency that has potential to become a full time passion project. We are set on creating abstract compositions and formulating socially impacting work. We are not limited to print or digital separately, but are amplified by using both creative methods.
Teeny Tiny Press
Teeny Tiny Press is a printing press aimed at creating story books for children that incorporate instructions for when facing dogs at a young age. They hired SubUnit 6 to create an Augmented platform to elevate the reading experience for their target audience. We also played a major role with creating their logo and branding as well as creating their Augmented App.
Initially we created a refined version of the logo concept Teeny Tiny Press gave us and explored the colour pallet according to their brief.
After further development and collaboration this is the Final product for Teeny Tiny Press' Logo. The logo displays more visual meaning as it communicates the idea of humans and animals working together on a common ground.
The App
These are basic wire frames for an Ipad set up. "Explore" will take you to TTP's website and "StoryTime" will open the camera app to display augmented animations that complement the physical book.

The "Explore" button opens a Virtual landscape that has links to SPCA information, TTP blog posts and websites and other content.
